About the Role

Richlabz IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Madhapur, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities, managing social media campaigns, generating leads, improving online visibility, and supporting the company's branding and business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, and campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms.
• Manage the company's social media profiles and regularly publish engaging content.
• Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Perform keyword research and support SEO activities.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead generation activities.
• Prepare regular reports on digital marketing campaigns and their performance.
• Coordinate with the design and development teams for marketing creatives and website updates.
• Create marketing content for social media posts, blogs, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor competitor activities and conduct basic market research.
• Manage and improve online presence through social media and search engine platforms.
• Support email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Track leads generated through different digital marketing channels.
• Use Google Analytics and other reporting tools to analyze campaign performance.
• Maintain proper records of campaigns, leads, and marketing activities.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience in social media management.
• Good content writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and digital creative tools.
• Understanding of lead generation and campaign management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in an IT or software company is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in B2B digital marketing will be preferred.
