UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Richlabz IT Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–4 years of experience to join our design and development team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UI design, UX design, wireframing, prototyping, user research, and responsive web design. The candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and clients to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile application interfaces.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Use Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator for design projects.
• Conduct user research and understand user requirements.
• Create user flows and information architecture.
• Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Maintain consistent design systems and UI components.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review developed interfaces and provide design feedback.
• Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback.
• Work with project managers and clients to understand business requirements.
• Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams.
• Keep up to date with current UI/UX trends and design practices.
• Improve existing websites and applications based on usability and visual requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Hands-on experience with Figma
• Knowledge of Adobe XD
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience creating wireframes and prototypes
• Understanding of user flows and information architecture
• Knowledge of responsive web design
• Understanding of HTML and CSS
• Good visual design and typography skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of usability testing and user research.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects will be an advantage.
