About the Role

Dr.Cita is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Dr.Cita's healthcare services, creating awareness among potential customers, generating leads, developing local business relationships, and supporting customer acquisition activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers and healthcare-related businesses, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel within assigned areas for marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Dr.Cita's healthcare services through field marketing activities.
• Create awareness about Dr.Cita's video consultation and health checkup services.
• Visit potential customers, local businesses, healthcare professionals, and partner organizations.
• Generate new leads through direct marketing and field activities.
• Explain Dr.Cita's services and benefits to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Identify new locations and opportunities for customer acquisition.
• Conduct promotional activities, campaigns, and local awareness programs.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the marketing team.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to support online and offline campaigns.
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand awareness activities.
• Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, customer interactions, and conversions.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert qualified leads into customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market information.
• Participate in health awareness programs, promotional events, and local marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or a related role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer interaction and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of field marketing and lead-generation techniques.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
• Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and digital communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in healthcare, HealthTech, pharmaceutical, or service-based marketing is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in customer acquisition and field sales will be preferred.
• Knowledge of local Hyderabad markets will be an advantage.
